Wu Shu has been practiced by the Chinese for thousands of years as a form of exercise for both the body and the mind.
The benefits of Wushu include the development of one’s power and strength – the power which is within one’s control. This exercise also helps to improve muscle tone and flexibility and sharpens one’s reflexes. This will enable a person to effectively control his/her body and mind. There is one word which we can use to describe the art of Wushu: FOCUS!
ACS (Independent) Wu Shu Team was launched on February, 2006. It is still a new CCA in our school. Currently we have 20 members from year 1 to year 6, including local boys and scholars from China and Indonesia.
